Hong Kong, Wong Tai Sin, The Peak and Central Day 3

Today is the third day here at HK. So let see what we have for breakfast.

Kam Wah Cafe
G/F, 47, Bute Street,
Prince Edward
Famous for their Polo Bun

Its Polo Bun!!! Yeah, here we are standing in front of Kam Wah Cafe where they sell a very delicious and nice Polo Bun. The location is somewhere near Prince Edward. You can take MTR from Mongkok -> Prince Edward (Exit B3) but we decided to walk as we want to experience the life and scenery around Mongkok area.

Very fresh and soft bun.

Butter Polo Bun.

Their egg tart is soft and crispy.

Ham and Egg Polo Bun.

Hot Milk Tea.

Pork Chop Polo Bun.

On the way to Prince Edward MTR, we saw Kee Wah Bakery which sell famous Wife Cafe.

And I buy one for a try. Thin layer of skin and contain a lot of paste. Not bad.

Next, we proceed to Nan Lian Garden, MTR Prince Edward -> Diamond Hill. If you are photographer lover, this place is very suitable for you. The building architecture is perfectly design. Please note that Nan Lian Garden and Chi Lin Nunnery is next to each other.

Chi Lin Nunnery.

Wong Tai Sin, MTR Diamond Hill -> Wong Tai Sin (Exit B2). Go only if you really wanted to pray for safety or healthy. I personally think that this place not worth to visit. The place is not as large as you imagine. The weather is really hot and inside Wong Tai Sin temple is even hotter. So we left the place just only for 15 minutes walk inside the temple.

Yeah Snoopy's World, MTR Wong Tai Sin -> Kowloon Tong -> Sha Tin. From Sha Tin to snoopy's world, you will pass by New Town Plaza. Really hope that Snoopy's World is built indoor or perhaps inside New Town Plaza.

After done with Snoopy's World. Is lunch time and we proceed to Lan Fong Yuen! Take MTR to Central (Exit D2). Go up D'agular street and turn into Wellington Street. About 15 minutes walk in order to reach Lan Fong Yuen.

Lan Fong Yuen
No. 2, Gage street, Central
Business Hours: 7:00am - 6:00pm
Famous for their Milk Tea and Pork Chop Burger

Most famous Milk Tea in HK! Hence we order one Hot

and one Ice. I notice that most of the HK hot milk tea come without sweet. May be you need to add sugar yourself. But for me, original is the best taste! Well, after tried milk tea from few various shop. Lan Fong Yuen milk tea is not as great as mentioned by the forumer. But their milk tea is very silky indeed.

Pork Chop Burger. Another item that MUST have in Lan Fong Yuen. However, I prefer Ramli burger more. Too bad Ramli no sell pork.

The Peak Tram. From MTR Central (Exit J2), turn right, through Chater Garden, cross Queen's Road Central and make your way up Garden Road. You will pass the Bank of China Tower and Citibank Plaza on your left and St John's Cathedral on your right before arriving at the terminus, which is to your left.

HK view before night falls.

HK fabulous night view. I quite enjoying myself staying at the peak. Cold and Windy make you feel very nice. Reality is cruel, at the end I need to make myself back to Tram station.

For dinner, if to follow our itinerary. We will end up spending bloodly lot of money to this restaurant.

Yung Kee Restaurant (very expensive)
32-40, Wellington Street, Central
Famous for their Roosted Goose

Then we end up to our alternative dinner as planned.

Tsim Chai Noodle
Shop B, G/F Jade Ctr,
98 Wellington St, Central
Business Hours: 9am - 10pm
Famous for their Wan Tan Noodle

It is a recommended place to eat if you at Central.

Full the stomach, walk again to Lan Kuai Fong (place to clubbing) and Soho (place to eat). I found nothing interesting here. I feel like get cheated getting here. But at least when people ask me I can say that I go there before. This will make me happier abit.. i guess.
